If you have a problem with your Apple Watch, for example, you forgot your password, bugs or screen freeze. You can use one of the 3 methods to reset and return it to factory defaults.

- Then tap on “ General “;

Method 3: Reset your Apple Watch from your iPhone
If you own the iPhone Apple Watch is paired with, you can reset your wearable in the Watch app.
1 – On your iPhone, open the Watch application (keep the watch close), scroll down and touch “ General ” (General);
2 – Scroll down again and now select the option ” Reset ” (reset);
3 – On the next screen, tap on the option “ Delete content and settings from Apple Watch “;
5 – At the bottom of the screen, tap “ Delete all content and settings “ again;
6 – Finally, tap the same option to confirm and finish!
